French prosecutor Francois Molins told reporters that the suspect in the Jewish school shootings had been to Afghanistan twice and trained in Pakistan's Waziristan, a militant stronghold. He said suspect Mohammed Merah's brother had been implicated in a network that sent militant fighters to Iraq.
